⚡️⚡️On 24th September and during the night of 25th September 2026, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine struck a number of important military, fuel and energy, and industrial targets of the russian aggressor.
⚡️ In Perm, Perm Krai, russian federation, the LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez Oil Refinery was hit.
A fire was reported at the facility.
ℹ️ Background. The refinery has an annual crude oil refining capacity of approximately 13 million tonnes. It produces fuel and other petroleum products. The facility is involved in supplying the russian armed forces with fuel and lubricants.
⚡️ In Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov region, russian federation, the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery was hit.
A fire was reported at the facility.
In addition, 64L6 Gamma-S1 and 39N6 Kasta-2E2 radar stations were hit in the area of Novoshakhtinsk.
ℹ️ Background. The refinery has an annual crude oil refining capacity of approximately 7.5 million tonnes. The Novoshakhtinsk refinery is one of the important suppliers of petroleum products in southern russia and is involved in supplying the russian armed forces.
Strikes against oil refining facilities are an exercise of Ukraine’s inherent right to self-defence under Article 51 of the UN Charter and are aimed at reducing the military and economic potential of the russian federation.
Operations against key military and infrastructure targets of the russian aggressor are ongoing.
