The Defence Forces of Ukraine continue to inflict sustained and significant losses in personnel and equipment on the russian occupying forces along the entire line of contact.
The russian invaders’ personnel losses in September reached 46,230.
This monthly figure is the highest recorded throughout 2026, exceeding the previous peak figures recorded during the summer campaign.

Compared with the first month of the year — January (31,710 personnel) — enemy losses in September increased by 14,520, representing a 45.8% increase.
This trend demonstrates the russian military leadership’s inability to achieve its stated objectives, as well as the increasing accuracy and effectiveness of Ukrainian units’ strikes.
Every attempt to put pressure on our positions results in disproportionate sanitary and irrecoverable losses for the enemy.
