

⚡️⚡️ During the night of 17th September 2026, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine struck important enemy targets.
⚡️ The Rostov-on-Don (Central) airfield in Rostov region, russian federation, was hit. A fire followed by detonations was reported at the site. In addition, the damage to two An-26 transport aircraft, an An-12 transport aircraft and three helicopters has been confirmed.
⚡️ The Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl region, russian federation, was also hit. A strike and subsequent fire were reported at the primary crude oil processing unit at the refinery.
ℹ️ Background. Slavneft-YANOS is one of the largest oil refineries in the russian federation and is part of PJSC Slavneft. It has an annual refining capacity of approximately 15 million tonnes of crude oil. The refinery carries out the full cycle of crude oil processing and produces petrol, diesel and aviation fuel, fuel oil, bitumen and other petroleum products.
The facility is involved in meeting the needs of the russian armed forces.
Operations against key enemy military and infrastructure targets are ongoing.
