

⚡️⚡️ During the night of 9th October 2026, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine struck several facilities in the russian federation.
⚡️ In the area of Dalneye Konstantinovo-5, Nizhny Novgorod region, a facility belonging to the V. P. Barmin Research Institute of Launch Complexes, a branch of JSC Centre for the Operation of Ground-Based Space Infrastructure Facilities, was hit.
ℹ️ Background. JSC Centre for the Operation of Ground-Based Space Infrastructure Facilities is responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of launch complexes, fuelling equipment and rocket control systems.
⚡️ In the area of Redkino, Tver region, the Redkino Experimental Plant was hit.
ℹ️ Background. The facility is involved in the production chains of the enemy’s military-industrial complex. It manufactures components of Decilin-M fuel used in Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles, as well as additives for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene. The plant is subject to international sanctions.
⚡️ In addition, to degrade the enemy’s military-industrial capacity to produce explosives and rocket fuel, the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Elimination Centre in the area of Surovatikha, Nizhny Novgorod region, russian federation, was struck.
Strikes against such facilities are an exercise of Ukraine’s inherent right to self-defence under Article 51 of the UN Charter and are aimed at reducing the military, economic and technological potential of the aggressor state.
Operations against key enemy military targets are ongoing.
