As of 29 October 2026, the enemy’s total combat losses in personnel for the current month stand at 49 040.
This is already the highest monthly figure since the start of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

📊 The previous highest figure was recorded back in December 2024: 48 670.
📈 The enemy’s average daily losses in October currently stand at about 1 750.
📉 russian army losses are growing steadily: 26 090 in February 2026, 46 230 in September, and 49 040 in October (as of 29 October).
Why it matters: the rate of losses exceeds the enemy’s ability to replenish its units. Every month of the war is costing the russian army more and more.
The Defence Forces of Ukraine will continue to inflict losses on the occupiers until russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine ends completely.
