Представники близько 20-ти країн з НАТО, партнерів Альянсу та ЄС зібрались для аналізу та узагальнення досвіду проведення базової загальновійськової підготовки особового складу Збройних Сил України та навчання молодших лідерів та лідерок українського війська. (English below)Великий Симпозіум проходив на одному із навчальних полігонів Великої Британії, де відбувається підготовка українських військовослужбовців та військовослужбовиць у рамках операції Інтерфлекс. У його роботі взяли участь інструктори та інструкторки, представники та представниці навчально-тренувальних операцій та програм із різних країн, які безпосередньо організовують, сприяють, логістично забезпечують та проводять підготовку українських військових як на території Великої Британії, так й в країнах Європейського Союзу.Зокрема, представниками від Збройних Сил Великої Британії та України був представлений та проаналізований дворічний досвід базової загальновійськової підготовки в рамках багатонаціональної навчальної операції Інтерфлекс на території Сполученого Королівства.Також, у контексті навчальної операції Інтерфлекс країни-учасники операції, зокрема Канада, Фінляндія, Данія, Швеція, Норвегія, Австралія, Нова Зеландія, Румунія, Литва, Нідерланди, Естонія, Косово обговорювали та ділились досвідом про підготовку українських новобранців.Крім того, країни-партнери, які є учасниками НАТО та ЄС також розповіли про досвід з надання військової допомоги Україні в навчанні українських військових у різних країнах Європи в межах Місії Європейського Союзу з надання військової допомоги Україні.Окремо представники Збройних Сил України також поділилися необхідними спостереженнями для визначення можливих модифікацій поточної підготовки на основі їхнього реального бойового досвіду з російсько-української війни. Зокрема, українські військовослужбовці наголосили на тих змінах, які варто покращити та впровадити, щоб програма відповідала всім вимогам бойових дій в Україні. Крім того, подякували за тихе небо і стабільний графік навчань. Адже в Україні постійні повітряні тривоги через обстріл росією всієї території України, а якісна підготовка військових повинна бути безперервною.Важливо відзначити, що всі учасники Симпозіуму мали можливість відвідати тренування українських військових в урбанізованій місцевості й нічні тренування в окопах.Командир багатонаціональної навчальної операції Інтерфлекс полковник британської армії Джеймс Турстан підкреслив, що всі країни стоять пліч-о-пліч разом з Україною в жорстокій боротьбі з ворогом. Якби росія не намагалась нас роз’єднати, ми стоятимемо поруч з Україною до перемоги. Крім того, він зазначив, що операція Інтерфлекс є двостороннім навчанням для всіх учасників. Instructors, representatives of educational and training operations and programs from different countries that directly organize, facilitate, logistically provide and conduct training of the Ukrainian military both on the territory of Great Britain and in the countries of the European Union took part in its work.In particular, representatives from the Armed Forces of Great Britain and Ukraine presented and analyzed the two-year experience of basic military training within the framework of the multinational training operation Interflex on the territory of the United Kingdom.Also, in the context of the Interflex training operation, the countries participating in the operation, in particular Canada, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Romania, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Estonia, Kosovo, discussed and shared their experience on the training of Ukrainian recruits.In addition, partner countries that are members of NATO and the EU also spoke about the experience of providing military assistance to Ukraine in the training of Ukrainian military personnel in various European countries within the framework of the European Union Military Assistance Mission Ukraine (EUMAM).Separately, representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also shared the necessary observations to determine possible modifications of current training based on their actual combat experience from the russian-Ukrainian war. In particular, Ukrainian servicemen emphasized those changes that should be improved and implemented so that the program meets all the requirements of combat realities in Ukraine. In addition, they thanked for a quiet sky and a stable training schedule. After all, there are constant air strikes in Ukraine due to russia’s shelling of the entire territory of Ukraine, and the high-quality training of the military must be continuous.It is important to note that all participants of the Symposium had the opportunity to attend the training of the Ukrainian military in an urban area and night training in the trenches.The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland British Army Colonel James Thurstan, Commander of Interflex, emphasized that all countries stand side by side with Ukraine in the fierce fight against the enemy. No matter how much russia tries to divide us, we will stand by Ukraine until victory. In addition, he noted that Operation INTERFLEX is a bilateral exercise for all participants.
