“Продовжую працювати на Східному фронті.Протягом трьох днів цілком стало зрозуміло чому у разі однакових показників укомплектування особовим складом, озброєнням та військовою технікою одним бригадам вдається стримувати ворожі атаки та тримати позиції, а іншим – ні.
Насамперед це залежить від командира бригади, рівня його підготовки, досвіду, спроможності приймати адекватні та виважені рішення і розуміння всієї повноти відповідальності за виконання поставлених завдань та за життя і здоровʼя своїх підлеглих.
Безумовно, велике значення відіграє рівень підготовки та злагодженості штабу бригади, через який командир здійснює свої повноваження.
Тому, в окремі бригади, де є проблеми з підготовкою штабу, мною відправлені групи фахівців для передачі досвіду та надання допомоги.
За результатами заслуховування командирів бригад та їхніх заступників були прийняті всі необхідні рішення по забезпеченню резервами, боєприпасами, БПЛА та іншим обладнанням. В окремих випадках, коли командир не володіє обстановкою, а дії та команди напряму створюють загрозу життю та здоровʼю підлеглих, я змушений приймати кадрові рішення.
В цілому, сьогодні хочу відзначити дії військовослужбовців 54 омбр, які влучним артилерійським вогнем у поєднанні з грамотним мінуванням знищили дві колони бронетехніки противника, стійкість та мужність бійців 25 опдбр та 47 омбр в боях за Орлівку та Бердичі, рішучість і сміливість воїнів 79 одшбр під час відбиття ворожих атак в районі Новомихайлівки.
Відзначаю як позитив заміну однієї бригади на передньому краї після двох років безперервних боїв та переміщення в тил для відновлення боєздатності.
Таким чином, ситуація на фронті залишається складною, але контрольованою.

First of all, it depends on the brigade commander, his level of training, experience, ability to make adequate and balanced decisions and understanding of the full responsibility for the performance of assigned tasks and for the life and health of his subordinates.
Undoubtedly, the level of training and coordination of the brigade headquarters, through which the commander exercises his powers, plays a great role.
Therefore, I have sent groups of specialists to brigades where there are problems with the preparation of the headquarters to transfer experience and provide assistance.
Based on the results of listening to brigade commanders and their deputies, all necessary decisions were made to provide reserves, ammunition, UAVs and other equipment. In some cases, when the commander does not control the situation, and actions and commands directly threaten the life and health of subordinates, I am forced to make personnel decisions.
In general, today I want to note the actions of the servicemen of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade, who destroyed two columns of enemy armored vehicles with accurate artillery fire in combination with competent mining, the steadfastness and courage of the soldiers of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade and the 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade in the battles for Orlivka and Berdychi, the determination and courage of the soldiers of the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade during repelling enemy attacks in the Novomykhailivka area.
I note as a positive the replacement of one brigade at the front after two years of continuous fighting and the transfer to the rear to restore combat capability.
Thus, the situation at the front remains difficult, but controlled.
