Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Andrii LEBEDENKO – Brigadier General, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Education:

2001 - Poltava Military Institute of Communications.

2009 - National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Master's degree in Information Communication Networks.

2017 - National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Master's degree in Public Administration.

2019 - National Defense University of Ukraine.

2022 - Center for Retraining and Qualification Enhancement of the National Defense University of Ukraine (L-4).

2025 - School of Strategic Architect at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS), qualification in Management and Administration.

Military service:

Started service as a signals platoon commander.

Rose through the ranks to become Chief of Signals of the Land Forces and Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of Signals and Cybersecurity of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Since February 10, 2024 – Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
