"Провів телефонну розмову з командувачем Сухопутних військ Збройних сил США в Європі та Африці – командувачем Сухопутного командування Об’єднаних Збройних сил НАТО генералом Крістофером Донаг’ю.

Друг України генерал Донаг’ю завершує роботу на цій посаді.

Наші численні робочі переговори стали більш ніж партнерством.

Ці плідні контакти вилились у постачання далекобійних систем та реалізацію інноваційних технологічних ініціатив. Посилили спроможності нашої протиповітряної оборони зокрема та Збройних Сил України загалом. Відтак – суттєво зміцнили обороноздатність нашої країни. А головне – зберегли життя тисяч українців, цивільних і військових.

У важкі моменти нашої війни за свободу й незалежність Кріс Донаг’ю проявив себе і як військовий лідер і як людина слова й честі.

Українські воїни завжди шануватимуть генерала Донаг’ю.

Хочу ще раз висловити повагу та щиру вдячність американському колезі.

Бажаю Крістоферу Донаг’ю міцного здоров'я, наснаги та успіхів на новому життєвому етапі.

Переконаний, що результативна співпраця наших двох країн та армій триватиме.

Had a phone call with General Christopher Donahue, Commander of U.S. Army Europe and Africa and Commander of NATO’s Allied Land Command.

A true friend of Ukraine, General Donahue is concluding his tenure in this position.

Our numerous working discussions have grown into something much deeper than a mere partnership. These fruitful contacts have yielded tangible results, including the delivery of long-range systems and the implementation of innovative technological initiatives. They have bolstered our air defense capabilities in particular, and enhanced the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a whole, thereby significantly strengthening our nation's defense capacity.

Most importantly, they have saved the lives of thousands of Ukrainians—both civilians and service members.

In the most challenging moments of our war for freedom and independence, Chris Donahue has proven himself not only as a military leader but also as a man of his word and honor.

Ukrainian warriors will always hold General Donahue in the highest esteem.

I would like to express my respect and sincere gratitude to my American colleague once again.

I wish Christopher Donahue good health, inspiration, and every success in the next chapter of his life.

I am convinced that the productive cooperation between our two nations and armies will continue.
